Full Fledged Farker
I attended the Meadowcreek BBQ auction yesterday, as I have in the past.
I picked up some good deals on used equipment, and I tried my best to get another cooker, but the prices went higher than my budget allowed.
I did get a set of older BBQ Guru fans with controller for my PR60, but the best deal of the day was a Caldera Tall boy with GURU.
I did not know much about the Caldera prior to the auction but I did some poking around on line while I was waiting for the smokers to come up. So when the price was decent (meaning low and I am cheap) I bid on it and won. Its not a Backwoods, but it is my first cabinet so I will give it a try...
Anyone else have or had a Caldera???
