Attention Arizona Brethren

Hey folks, An old client of mine moved to Arizona and was looking for a good bbq caterer in the area. The job is in Queen creek Arizona (the big city is Chandler) The date is for Sept 11 2010. The menu they are looking at is Santa maria tri-tip chicken and a feww sides with tortillas and fresh salsa.
