Hello all, I'm new to the Brethren, and am amazed at the information on this site. I'm not sure if this is the correct spot to post this, but here goes. I've been thinking about doing a UDS, and finally got some free time to put one together. I got the drum for free from a friend, and had enough steel laying around to make the ash pan, and charcoal basket, the only items I had to purchase was the fittings for the intake and vents, handles, Weber 22.5" grid, and some hi temp paint. Still want to build a cart, and possibly add a shelf, but for now I want to fire it up and do some Q!
