Big Juicy Meaty Beef Ribs

So here's some beef ribs I cooked up - I sauced them in the last 20 mins. I normally don't sauce meat, but beef ribs are the exception. Haven't found a homemade sauce recipe that I like yet, so just used Gates...

I have a few Dino bones in the freezer. They are going to have to go in the cooker once the weather get warmer.

Funny, I haven't had San Miguel in years, and somehow didn't care for it this time around - a little too bitter for my taste.
