somebody shut me the fark up.
With Christmas here and a new baby due any day, I cooked a little for the freezer.
3 Maple Fatties to be sliced and portioned:
1 of 3 packs of Nolan Ryan's Beef Links:
And some cross cut beef ribs w/John Henry Brisket rub. Cooked to 200
Everything cooked on the medium egg.
With the leftover brisket and pulled pork in the freezer, we should have a few nice meals without much effort.
