Baked beans and mac n cheese for 250 people

I am doing a wedding reception for some friends, they want me to do baked beans and mac n cheese for 250 people.
How much do I need?

We find that on average a 2" full hotel pan of mac n cheese feeds 40 people and the same of baked beans feeds 65-70 people. So for 250 people 6-7 pans of mac and 4-5 pans of beans. That can be adjusted down a little if other sides will be served.

Any idea on how many dry pounds of macaroni that would be?

I would guess 2 1/2 pounds dry would fill up a Hotel pan -
I'd do a test cook just to be sure - but that's just me
