It's been a few weeks since I last broke out a batch of chicken wings and let the Vortex work her magic.

We were completely out of Wicken Yanks Wings Rub. :shock: The side view of the process looks kinda cool before I shook it up.

I hit some of the bird with Wicken Yanks, and some with Garlic / Onion / Seasoned Salt. Onto the kettle w/ Vortex for a while.

You had me inspired. Walmart always has the wingettes and as I approached three of those dial and drive carts were blocking acces to fill up the monster blue carts for shoppers that don’t enjoy the interior of the store. Grabbed some Mateos Medium and departed

Those wings look great and I have no doubt they tasted great. I did some jerk wings with Walkerswood marinade last weekend and added in a little honey per the advice of a co-worker - that was a good move!
