Just wanted to say hello to everyone and thanks for letting me join. My names Todd and I live down in the suncoast of Florida. I haven't done any grilling or smoking for many years. I dusted off and cleaned my COS that I had in storage. I'm a complete rookie when it comes to smoking but I've been doing lots of reading and put my first baby back ribs on the COS this morning. As I get more and more into smoking I'll be getting rid of my COS. Looking forward to mey renewed interest in the world of Q.
