Wham.... Awesome Phu! I've never seen that much dressing and sauces on a burger.. I think you'll need some nacho's on the side for sure.

Love the way that onion gets pressed in and seasoned with the burger... DeeeeeeLish!

That looks really good. Where's mine?

I don't see grill marks on the burger in the pictures. Did you cook them indirect with the onion on top the whole time?

I grilled them and smoked them,some of them I did a reverse sear.
