Cooked these the other day on the kettle, kingsford blue bag with coastal oak chunks. I also cooked my "famous" mac n cheese with garlic bread, salad and corn.

That is pretty tasty looking. I need to do some tri-tip soon.

+1 for tri tip. I'm waiting for my Dad to come over my house for some backyard grillin, he's never had TT before. I might tear into it first!
