Here are some photos from a grad party I did for friends last week. I cooked ribs for everybody Friday night, then, they all went to bed while I started cooking Saturday's dinner. 200 folks in all.

Texas Hottie II is still looking fine......last time I remember cooking on her I about stroked

That just jogged my memory.

Remember how cold it got that night?
We were setting by the firebox trying to keep warm.
Then the next morning it was so foggy.
You made some pretty tasty duck gumbo!

That's the year Dallas got stuck in the mud and had to be pulled out.

Thanks! I added a few and just updated. Still can't fit two in!!! The BBQ Business has allowed me to buy alot of toys!
