Default central market dfw

Central market southlake has B&B for $10.50 for 20 pound bag. If using a torch, it's a little sparky on lighting but burns nicely.

also, if you have extra disposable income, you can pick up a wagyu brisket there for $12.99/lb. Something about seeing a $143.00 tag on a brisket just ain't right. Although it flopped like bacon when I picked it up.......wonder how much money is in my coin jar ......

For those not in the TX market, Central Markets are a upper end food store that has some amazing products scattered about. They have a bulk spice area that has about 20 different chile powders alone. The one in Austin has a butcher meat counter that makes me drool when I go. Good stuff.
