Panang Curry Wings
Can of Panang Curry paste
Can of coconut milk A little brow sugar Few dashes of fish sauce Wings Put everything in a ziplock and maranade a few hours. Smoke as you would any other wings. I made a Thai Basil yogurt sauce for the side. |
