Sure wish we had nice pork butts for anything close to that price. I would be very tempted to get more and make a lot of sausage.

Boy, it has been a long time since I have seen that kind of price!!

Even RD is in the $1.30 range for 50+ pounds...

Nice score, now get to it!

I spotted $1.09 yesterday and that's the best I've seen in 2 years.

Restaurant Depot.
It is in their flyer once in a while for a little less, but $1.19 still seems pretty good.
I will admit I don't watch it as closely as I could but will be when my smoker is done...

Fairway in town had pork steaks at .99 per lb. I got some and they were screaming the butts through the band saw. Got home and thought about it and called back and talked to the meat mngr. Asked if they would sell 2 packs of butts for the sale price. He said I'll sell ya 10 cases for the sale price. I think he was exagerating cause me and a few buddies went in and said we wanted 5 cases. At first it was a no way can we do that till I reminded him of the call. Nice way to stock the freezer. Seeing alot more of those prices lately. Wonder whats up?

Our local Kroger is running a sale on pork butts for .79/lb but it is a limit of two and with a ten dollar purchase. But it is still a good deal.

Oh man BBQ season prices. I've been waiting for this crap. I'm gonna be grinding so much meat my arm's gonna fall RIGHT OFF! I might even make myself go cross eyed.

I can't believe this little ol' plastic made in the USA meat grinder is so freaking awesome. I had some weird dream I used it to make penne pasta last night too. When I woke up I had to make sure I didn't actually do that in my sleep and just thought I dreamed it.
