how do you get lables made for your stuff and UPC and all that stuff

York - small business association can get you the UPC. SBA.gov I beelive. The state buys a bulk of them and charges you very little.

I would check them out. As far as labels, any printing company can print them for you. The higher the volume the cheaper it is.
 
Been trying to find a sauce copacker in Texas for a couple of years with very little luck if anyone has suggestions.
 
Co-Packer is the only way to go, I have the contact info at home for a small kitchen in Chicago that will do as small a batch as like 20 cases of 12 bottles, only way to go. You'll spend too much time and money the other way, I'm on the road but I post this evening when I get home.
