I have a couple that I want to cook this evening. I plan on doing them on my OTS with RO lump. My question is what temp should I cook them to and if my grill temp is 300 how long should they take. The reason for 300 grill temp is that is where my OTS likes to ride.

Sorry forgot to say they are approximately 1.5 lbs each.
 
Throw a thermo probe in them and let them ride till 140 internal.
Pull and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
