Saturday is celebrating my resigning from a 19 year job
My colleagues and i will be hitting saveloy , pulled pork,brisket and chook.

Happy Phriday Phu and pharkers!

I'm working the Kent v Akron game tomorrow, so nothing doing there. However, Sunday I should be receiving my Vortex for the kettle and I want to give that a whirl so I'll be doing wangs. Also have to smoke the buckboard loin I have in the fridge.

Happy Phriday, Pholks! Tomorrow is the first weekend day after our North Texas monsoon finally is starting to subside. Getting roof repairs done finally. Hopefully, they won't need anything from me, and I can at least get some sausages on the kettle.

Got about 10# of skin-on pork belly which I'll be cutting up and doing a couple/few different ways, a Carolina Treet chix, and some farkin wings - it's been a couple weeks with no wings and I am ready!

Finally finished canning garden "stuff". I'm thinking about one of those home grown flavored game hens for supper. Or pizza. Maybe both. lol

Gonna break in my LSG 30 x 72 trailer pit. Doing a little bit of everything.
Brisket, Ribs, Pork Butt, Pork Belly, Chicken Quarters, Salmon, Jalapeno Poppers and possibly some sausage. Will try to post some pics.
