Default McPadawan's Chickenburger Pron

Last weekend we made some CLOINKS with ground chicken,I think she liked the process of doing that so she experimented some more with chickenburgers.
She grounded some chicken filet with the BrAun stickmixer and added some of her Phirst homemade rub, grated parmesan, milk egg, breadcrumbs.

Phubar-

My wife and I make chicken burgers all the time- we use a very similar recipe but add some chopped sun dried tomatoes and some crumbled feta in place of the parmesan cheese.

Try it, you might like it- goes great with a yogurt or mayo- based sauce with a hint of lemon zest.

Yours look great, Brother! I'd hit it!
