Default Low and slow Beef Ribs.

Low and slowed some cape grim beef ribs today.

After about 3 hours :D

Started check them with a tooth pic 2.5 hours later. They where like butter 45 minutes later. In fact they decide to poop the middle rib bone.

They where so moist and tender, will definitely be picking more up next order :D

Served them up with some blanched broccolini and some boiled sweet potato and pan fried with duck fat.

Thanks for looking.
