I agree with Rich. Health and family are more important. If they don't realize that the certificates are worth waiting for and this is all for fun... FARK 'EM!

Larry,
MOINK Ball certificates are not that important - your family and sanity are! While I like being able to say I'm a certified MOINK Ball maker, I'd rather you spend time doing what's important than making my certificate. I'm sure the others feel this way, too. God bless ya!

Default Official MOINK Ball Certification Request

Here is my official MOINK Ball certification request.

First I started with a bag of frozen 100% beef meat balls.

Then I wrapped them with bacon and stuck with a toothpick.

I then seasoned them with some rib rub and placed them on the Whole Hog pellet cooker with some other items I was cooking up.

In the last few minutes I glazed the MOINK Balls with some Sweet Baby Rays.

The finished product was fine indeed.

I am sorry to hear about your health problems. We'll keep your family in our thoughts and prayers. Thank you for introducing me to MOINK Balls.

With your inspiration, I plan on making some this weekend for a camp-out with my family.

Default MOINK Ball Certification request

Presented for your certification consideration..........

The ingredients (in case you wanted to know):

The next three show the wrapping of the bacon.......

An army of MOINK Balls are ready to march out into the heat of battle....

Here they are as they enter the smoke and heat.....

Here are the smoke and heat tested MOINK Balls, ready to be plated.....

and finally, a small sample of the finished product.

I only applied a glaze to some of them, as I wanted to be able to compare the taste results, with and without the glaze. Also, I did not use any "magic dust". Will reserve that for the next cook.

Humbly submitted for your certification pleasure.
