Hinge ideas

I'm in the beginning stages of my BBQ trailer build. I have most the material to get started. As I was pondering what kind of hinges to use. I decided to design my own. they are based off a hinge I seen on google when I searched "custom bbq hinges". I think it will work. I plan to burn it out of 1/4" material, it will be a 3 piece hinge. I will post a picture if the finished product late next week. Any suggestions are appreciated. this is also my first Thread! :grin:

I plan to burn it out on Wednesday. I will post some pictures when its put together.
