So 1st cook on the other $100 CH5 I scored and my buddy bought so I don't have to bring a cooker to his place anymore.

Costco has massive briskets right now so I got a big one.

Running 350 and probably done around 5. Went on at 10:30.

You do brisket and she does cookies that is a perfect match. Use to use beer bottles for rolling pins in college
