Saterday i made some bean dish and roasted chickpeas with a Picanha

that looks outstanding! that's not the first time I've seen avocado on the kettle indirect...does it change the flavor/texture at all? I've only eaten them raw and in guacamole.

Yes. For the better in some ways. You simply must try it. I love them with a sprinkle of salt and lime juice and eat them with a spoon just as if the rind was a bowl.

I really enjoy grilled avocados. I cut them into bite size pieces and toss them in a caprese salad with cherry tomatoes.

That meal looks great!

Very nice Padawan! It all looks great. I have never cooked avocados as I love them without any cooking. I will try it though as I'm sure they soften up a bit and take in a little smoke. Everything looks awesome!
