Check with the folks from SC Lowcountry. They love that stuff around there.

I just never developed a taste for it.

Hopefully they'll be around here soon to help you out.

I like this on PP for a change from the ENC pig juice

Sweet Mustard Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup cider vinegar

2/3 cup prepared mustard

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon white pepper

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

Stir together first 8 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, and stir in butter and worcestershire sauce
