Mighty tasty LMAJ... It looks like the results speak for themselves but what did Big Al think about his maiden voyage with the Traeger?

As I interview Al we are enjoying some of the fatty... Here is his reply.... "I found the standard controls are somewhat limiting so I ordered the digital controls as the Brethren suggested. Easy to use and happy with the results. Looking forward to experimenting with the other pellets."

When Big Al won my heart his idea of cooking was microwaving a hotdog or soup, so cooking was not a deciding factor there...
He began having an interest in cooking after my Mom gave us a Brinkman cooker. It's been fun learning to smoke and cooking together. We have begun grinding our own beef, making our own sausage, and trying different techniques. Al runs the laptop when I am deboning a chicken and need to watch the video. It's great time spent together.
