Good find!

Reminds me of BigMista telling about finding all kinds of meat in his freezer. Might need to go exploring in ours.

I discovered a butt that I smoked a month before and had wrapped and sealed. At the time I didn't feel like pulling. I thawed when the kids were down put in the oven at 230 for 2 hours. when pulled it was like it just came off the smoker. I was very pleased. but when the kids left, wasnt nothing left but the bone. every one got fed and enjoyed.
I think I will start cooking extra for the freezer, for those times I can't fire up the smoker.

My freezer is always loaded with sealed brisket and pork. I have sammies and burnt ends all week. Can usually go 2 weeks without cooking - sometimes longer - just eating it out of my freezer. I bought one of those Cuisinart Pannini grills - highly recommend- and have really good sammies whever we want.

Doing a pork loin and two chucks today. Will eat half the loin "live" tonight and slice for sammies the rest of the week.

Its a great thing.
