Default One of those days

Today, all day, has been on battle after the other. First I had problems getting the offset to cruise like I know that can. Second small grease fire, temps go apesh*t, apparently the smoker had settled toward the firebox and I didnt catch it. Third, no ring and less flavor. Glad this cook is over!

I had forgotten about the death of a brisket. I do feel a little better now, thanks.

It happens, I know that part but it aint no fun when it happens to you! Second butt is still going (it was further from the flame up) we'll see how that turns out.

Jeff just relax, take a deep breath, open a beer --- it could have been worse. ;>)
