Grilled up some shrimp for dinner
The wife said she wanted seafood this weekend. So, I figured shrimp on the grill sounded good.
seasoned with some grilling spice onto the hot grill, basted with garlic butter, lime juice, and white wine. Served them up with some red beans and rice.

I started to cook all my shrimp with the shell on.....cept for in things like jumbalya
I wont peel em anymore, the flavor is more intense and I think It keeps them moister. |

Works good when you don't have time to soak beans and do a regular cook.
As to the time on the grill, I guess just a couple minutes per side?? I really never timed it, I go by the change in the color of the shrimp cause it's too easy to over cook them and end up with hunks of rubber.
