KC BBQ Store... Gave great service the first time I've ordered, and everytime since then, very consistent.. Have everything I need..

I just wish one of them have a loyalty program. We must spend close to $10k/year on mail order bbq stuff. Would be nice to get a couple of coupons or some free shipping every once and a while.

Add another for BPS. The free shipping on orders over $40, variety of inventory, and quick turnaround on shipping are great. Never had to call for customer service but I'm sure it would be outstanding!

Super fast shipping after a certain dollar amount, great customer service (from previous shopping there) and good prices (especially right now on Guru stuff). I ordered a bag of Peach wood, Guru and BH red last Tuesday evening. The stuff got here on Thursday; free shipping! But, the BH was on back order; still waiting for that.
