Smile Sweet chili sauce ...... The best ever

I think sweet chili sauce is the bbq sauce that has been in my kitchen kabinet the longest, when every other sauce has been replaced!

So as a tribute I wanted to make it myself. During my research I found out that there are about a milion way to make this sauce. For instance add ginger or lime juice or fish sauce.

It's cheaper to buy, but it's way more fun to make yourself and it tastes way better.

Reminds me of My Grandads BBQ sauce. Salsa De Arbol, sugar, some wooster and 1/2 a Lonestar beer. I think I need to make up a batch for old times sake.
