Default Even the little guys gotta have a beer....

I just got this in the mail today. My wife says it is soooooo cute. Can't wait to cook on it. Guess which beer is for the little guy and the drum!

Isn't it cute? And wow, Weber is really improving the handles they put on those things..... yuh, think?

Thanks for looking at my new little guy!

I was just looking at one the other day myself. I always see them in Phu's posts and figured it would be a nice addition. Good thing you have a beer for all cookers.

Very nice. Just remember, alcohol absorbs differently based on mass.

Also, what is going on with the UDS? I don't think I have seen that before. Is that a kettle bottom with the legs cut off and the dome cleaned up with some fancy smoke stacks? I can't believe I haven't seen that before.

Yuppers. That is a bottom. I wanted to put in my own designed ribolator/merry go round without having to put in an insert. A higher lid was the solution. Works great as the lid works kinda like an Egg with a lot of heat reflection. I am very happy with it.

Thanks. That is really slick. I have been trying to come up with a simple, easy to fab hinge design. Currently I just steal hinges off small portable grills with hinged lids. Your design is very cool. Sadly I think I will have to come up with a whole new system because of the new cooking cart I am putting together. Regardless, thanks for the info and new perspective.
