I was out and about and came across this company - Ole Hickory Pits...

Southern Pride and Ole Hickory both manufacture superior units. We've decided on Southern Pride for new BBQ concession rig.

Sonny's here in Florida use Southern Pride in the "company" stores. Both SP and Ole Hickory do build some sweet rigs. Now, if they just didn't look like the 'refer unit off a Kennworth truck :D
