cooked 5 bonless turkey breasts, six pork butts and six bonless miller mini hams on the Pit Boss. all said and done it took about 14 hours and i woke up with a headache. Happy Holidays to all.

Thanks everyone. the rub is Hog's n Heat. its a great all around rub i buy in 5lb bags. the Pit Boss by American Barbecue Systems sells for $2995. the headache was self induced. i thought i would pace myself and use a smaller glass. that plan never works. its been almost as much fun delivering the food as cooking it.
