Default Left-over Thanksgiving Turkey.



My wife made Turkey Dumpling soup, today to finish of the last of they turkey. Mmmm Mmmm good.

That does look good. I made something close to that out of ours. Home made spätzle instead of dumplings.

The way I make them they are more like crude noodles. But I gotta say, her dumplings sure look good.

Im planning on a big ol pot of what started as gumbo ...but is now going to be soup with a whole lot of leftover turkey
