Default Pork Tenderloin Skewers

Marinated strips of pork tenderloin in an Asian inspired marinade: Soy, Sesame Oil, Red Pepper Flakes, Pineapple Juice, Garlic, & Ginger

Skewered and put on the BSK @ 600*



Basted w/ a thicker version of the marinade







Plated w/ white rice and garlic naan

Looks awesome. I also like to cut them into bite sized pieces and wrap em in bacon. Pretty good too
