The wait for my Assassin is killin me!

Congrats. MEP was right on about the uncrating. There were a lot of wood screws used to box it up.

Have fun this weekend with your new toy.
 
Hopefully it comes early enough where I can season it tomorrow so I can cook on it Sat and Sun!

you could always season it w/a few butts, then do some ribs and a brisket. no sense in wasting a good burn :wink:
