Just another rotisserie chicken.......and pRon
Started with a Foster Farms all natural chicken seasoned up nicely with Yardbird seasoning
trussed up and ready for the rotisserie...... A few baby taters oiled up and sprinkled with season all I'll throw these on about a half hour before the chicken goes on. Chicken on the rotisserie............. Onto the Kettle......... Closin' in on the 160 mark Taters are directly under the chicken to catch the drippings......delicious! Off the Kettle........ Taters roasting up nicely Cut the chicken into quarters......... Taters done......... A couple plate shots...... Some bite shots, I was amazed at how juicy this was.......amazing The tater........ And some banana muffins with cream cheese frosting for dessert........ This was a fantastic meal, loved every bite! Thanks for looking! Oh, and by the way, the chicken cooked on the rotisserie for right about 2 hours at ~ 350* and was absolutely perfect! KC
