Hey guys
I have to quote a gig and wanted opinions to see if I'm thinking right.

100 people
served from a Food Truck (as plates no sandwiches)
Meats
Pulled Pork
Pulled Chicken
Shrimp & Grits
Sides
Brunswick Stew
Collard Greens
Potato Salad
Garden Salad

Sweet/Unsweet Tea
Texas Toast

$22-$24 per head

I think you are in the ball park, then you need to factor in how long you are serving along with any other event specifics and you should be good.
