Default Saturday night beef ribs

Went by the Spanish market with the intention on buying some pork bellies that were on sale to make some bacon but they were all cut up very small. Grabbed a section of beef ribs that caught my eye I used a brisket rub since my beef rubs haven't arrived yet. Pulled it off the smoker after it hit 200º internal and was very happy with the results.
