Default Uncle Beth's BBQ

This place gets great reviews and tomorrow will be a warm sunny day for a road trip. North Lewisburg, OH.

Menu is on their FB site. They may not be much on spelling. but several Texas folk have praised their Q. Good way to spend a day.

Twas very good, and they are doing some very creative stuff. The sauce tasted an awful lot like Kosmos or Yes Dear Competition.

This place is way out in the sticks - you would be shocked to see a gas station, much less a full service Q joint. We got St Louis ribs (excellent), pulled pork and pulled chicken. All very good. Sides of mac n cheese and cornbread pudding very good.

They are doing some pretty creative cooking. If we'd have been later I could have gotten smoked prime rib. They do pig wings as well, smoked meatballs and loaf, tuna steaks sometimes, great pies and cakes. We'll go back.
