Default Quick giant ribeye cook

My wife went to the market to buy a ribeye roast but they only had a small piece left. We had family over so we went back the next day to get a larger roast, and I figured why not cook this like a giant ribeye steak. Kept it simple with Lawrys seasoning salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Smoked on the stickburner and finished over an insanely hot fire on the Weber kettle. Thanks for looking!

Classic example of when life throws you a lemon, make steak... That’s a beautiful reverse sear!
