Thumbs up The Surf-N-Turf Burger
Believe it or not this was the inspiration behind this burger once I got a taste of it. Rich with horseradish and relish I thought this would be the perfect condiment for a surf n turf type of dish.



I then thought why not a burger since it's been a minute??



Formed some healthy patties and seasoned with SPOGOS



Large shrimp



Dove into the fridge and the pantry to grab some stuff laying around



Onto the redhead



Quick sear then indirect



Asparagus instead of fries



Shrimp joined the party last



Brioche buns



Clarified butter



Baby arugula



Grass fed patty



Shrimp



Cocktail sauce



And a cold glass of Dale's Pale Ale
