I've been bbqing for years and my wife has been trying to talk me into starting a business.
Well I think im listening to her. I've been cooking dinners in limited amounts allowing people in my city a chance to try my brand of bbq.
well some of them shared on facebook and here is what they shared.

I wouldn't mind having some for lunch today! Looks like you have a following, and folks will spread the word when the food is good.

You have already won the first battle (having the support of your spouse). It took me 12 months to get mine on board!
Your wife probably likes your fancy pants white collar computer driving current career. :thumb:

Lookin good!
All that free publicity will make it easier for the HD to find you also. ;)
Make sure your doing it right.

Thanks everyone, I did chicken dinners in May and it went well.
I'm doing brisket this month and I'm doing pulled pork in August.

Saving up to get me a nice trailer with a big pit on it.

What are you doing now? Cooking the stuff at home?

How are you getting your customers?

Why only one meat per month?

Hey, low and slow.
Great job, looks good, don't UNDERcharge.
Fewer higher paying clients with their referrals are
A MILE AHEAD of cheap low paying PIAs
with THEIR crappy referrals.
