WSM - Spiessbraten and Dutch's "Wicked Baked Beans"
Pre seasoned Spiessbraten. WSM rotisserie.
4 hours @ 250. Internal temp 170. Great meal. Smoke Ring My daughter and her friends. They always seem to show up around dinner time. Recipe: http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/for...ed-baked-beans
