Default WSM - Spiessbraten and Dutch's "Wicked Baked Beans"

Pre seasoned Spiessbraten. WSM rotisserie.
4 hours @ 250. Internal temp 170. Great meal.

Buying a Weber Kettle Rotisserie would be too easy and too expensive... so





High temp paint and slit for the spit

Spacer to keep the motor from moving

Installed

Wood grip

Still too much movement

Old spit fork keeps everything tight


Tight fit
