The Simply Marvelous has a nice sweetness to it that works great on the pork with a pleasant hint of heat on the backside.Not to hot that the girls didn't love it but definetly there.
I have done well with the Sa-mokin sauce, winning a rib burn with it and it goes nicely with the rub combo.
This sauce also won a 5th at the NBBQA sauce contest last month!
