Talking Mongo's Simply Marvelous Triple P...

Not much to see here... just a little pulled pork pron (triple P)... The butt on the left was rubbed with SM Cherry and the one on the right SM Spicy Apple.

Now what should I do with the other two full trays?

Hey Mongo, have you ever cooked butts with SM rubs before, or is it something completely different?
