I bet that thing is a beast in person! Would love to see it loaded up. Does it have a way to "section off" the parts you don't need to heat up for smaller cooks?

It really feels like time has stopped, I am so excited. Painting has begun. If this one works as well as I believe it will I should be able to hold 385 in the oven, 250 in the main chamber, and 220 in the upright.... You all know what that means :)
