If you brine a turkey, does it help any to stuff the cavity during the smoke? If you do stuff it, what do you stuff it with (oranges, lemons, onion, spice twigs [if so what kind], etc)??
Before I started spatchcocking my birds I stuffed them with oranges, onions and a sprig or two of rosemary. I really miss the flavor that it imparts into the bird. I may go with a whole bird this year because of that.
