It was Big Al - he also picked up some beef back ribs and 3 breakfast sausage chubs. :becky::becky::becky:
Those will all me going on the Traeger along with the Pork butt and brisket we just put on. :clap2:

I have a grinder, but it is much easier to have the butcher grind the chuck. Cleanup much easier also.
