I have my BBQ set up in the back yard just because my front yard is filled up with a '79 Firebird up on concrete blocks next to a '66 GMC pick up on blocks also. My outside beer refrigerator takes up the rest of the space in the front yard so my UDS and my gasser lives in the back yard with the old hound dog.

You could go the simple route and buy one of these kits:

Sizes and quality vary with prices of course but you have the openness and cover at the same time. I personally sacraficed parking space on my covered car port.

Don't I get Redneck points for having both CinderBlox, a Gray Tarp, and cooking beside
the DoubleWide Trailer??? And that two of the three shown vehicles are four wheel drive?

And the Professional Wrestling Mud Flaps (circa 1990) on the Truck....
